Include the model codes or product names, quantities, shipping country and any deadline. If you have already built a quote cart, submit the order request and the details arrive with it.

- The site. House, shop, warehouse, yard, or a fleet of vehicles.
- Coverage. How many points you want covered, indoors or out, and roughly how far apart.
- Power and network. Mains nearby, PoE switch in place, or nothing at all.
- Who needs access. Just you, family, staff, tenants, or a security contractor.
- Retention. How many days of footage you need to keep, and whether audio matters.
With those five points we can usually quote the whole job from stock in one reply.
