Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by Oakvigil Security. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you submit an order request you give us your name, company (optional), email address, shipping country, the products and quantities you are asking about, and any notes you add.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, because no payment is taken here. We do not ask for identity documents. We do not run advertising or behavioural tracking scripts.

Your quote cart

The quote cart is stored in your own browser's local storage under the key quote-cart-v1. It stays on your device and we never see it. Clearing your browser data, or using a different browser, empties it.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party resources: no fonts, no analytics, no ad networks. Your browser connects to our hosting provider to fetch the pages, and that provider may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use your information

• To answer your request and prepare a quote or invoice.
• To fulfil and ship your order, including customs documentation for export orders.
• To handle warranty claims, returns and support questions.
• To keep business records.
• To meet tax, export-control and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the providers needed to complete your order (carriers, customs brokers and payment processors), and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Quote requests that do not become orders are kept while the quote is live and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Where deletion conflicts with a record-keeping obligation, we will tell you which record we must keep and why.

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS. Access to order records is limited to staff who need it to quote and ship. Camera footage from products we sell is stored on your own hardware, not on our systems. We have no access to it.

Children

This website and the products on it are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
